Did the order reach your system?

 If the order is part of a SR please first check the report called service-request-fallout-to-vf before contacting CEVA.

If you can find the order in this list, it failed due to the mentioned error message. We can't cancel SRs which failed to be created on our side.

Please make sure the error is fixed before you retrigger the SR. If the SR is not in this list, please feel free to contact us.
